Radwan Hariri, BEAUFORT Director, has spent the last twelve years of his career in the Middle East. His previous assignments include Managing Director of AMMOC (Arabian Modern Methods of Construction), an EPC Contractor that has operations in Saudi, Qatar and the UAE. AMMOC was been established as the result of long and tedious research to find methods that improve quality of the Real Estate products, while at the same time reducing the construction timeline. Previously Hariri managed Oger Real Estate (ORE), a subsidiary of Saudi Oger. As the strategic development arm of Saudi Oger, ORE manages both a portfolio of assets and a large land bank in Saudi Arabia, Lebanon, and various other locations around the world. ORE has a mandate to create sustainable real estate developments in the Region. Hariri’s career in the MENA region began as a VP of Acquisitions & Development for Kingdom Hotel Investments in Riyadh. Radwan was part of the team that established and listed Kingdom Hotel Investments on the Dubai and London Stock Exchange (LSE Ticker: KHI), which later grew to one of the largest hotel development and investment companies in the Middle East and Africa.
At KHI, Radwan was responsible for sourcing investments, transaction structuring, and the execution of several billion dollars of real estate developments in emerging markets. After KHI, Hariri re-joined Hines in 2008 as Managing Director of MENA Capital Markets, returning to the company where he stared his post-graduate career in Houston, TX in 2001. In his time at Kingdom and Hines, Radwan identified significant opportunities for development in Saudi Arabia, and soon thereafter joined and helped found Oger Real Estate. Mr. Hariri has a degree in Hotel Management from The Hotel School in Switzerland and an MBA from Boston University.
